The Office Space

Situated above a charming pub/restaurant, this self-contained business centre resides on the second floor and provides two offices which can be leased together or separately. The suites can accommodate three to four desks which boast inclusive prices that cover the cost of furniture, rent, rates, light, heating and cleaning services. Tenants can also enjoy full use of the meeting room and kitchen facility as well as the pub downstairs which is ideal for a convenient lunch or relaxing drink after work. Offices can be accessed 7 days a week between 7:30 am and 10:30 pm via the pub entrance and is available on a minimum 12 month licence (with a six-week holding deposit required.)
