The Office Space
This distinctive studio space occupies a former bus kitchen, retaining its industrial character with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. A striking glazed roof floods the workspace with daylight, complemented by locally crafted furniture from OpenDesk and Supernovas. Practical amenities include a kitchenette, secure bike storage, and 24/7 access.
Tenants can use hot desks, workshop areas, and private call rooms like The Booth. The Solarium meeting room comfortably accommodates eight people, while the 300-square-metre floor is available for private event hire. An on-site workshop provides professional-grade tools, including a CNC machine and Festool power range, making it a perfect fit for creative makers and craft-based businesses.
