The Office Space
Built for focused work, Grey House Coworking Kaufbeuren provides flexible desk space with a straightforward arrangement: arrive, choose a desk, and connect to 100MB WLAN or LAN. Permanent tenants benefit from 24-hour access throughout the week, and free parking is available directly at the building.
Meeting rooms can be booked separately for calls or client-facing work, and a landline connection is available on request. Complimentary coffee, tea, and sparkling water are provided, along with a shared kitchen featuring a coffee machine and kettle. A colour printer and personal lockers for belongings are also on hand, plus a business address with mailbox handling available on request.
About the Area
Set on Lindauer Straße 2-4, the building occupies an up-and-coming part of Kaufbeuren in the Allgäu region. The office sits a short distance from the historic Altstadt, home to the town's preserved medieval walls and the landmark Fünfknopfturm.
Kaufbeuren Station and Buchloe Station both provide regular rail connections, while the B12 and B16 roads serve those travelling by car. For air travel, Memmingen Airport (FMM) is a straightforward 35-minute drive via the A96. Daily conveniences are within easy reach, including an Edeka Xpress and Gasthof Engel, both located less than 400 metres away.
