Constructed in 1990, this approximately 2-acre site, formerly known as Atrium House, served as the headquarters for the national greeting card and party business 'Birthdays,' established by local multi-millionaire and Manchester United shareholder, Ron Wood. The property provided a strategic location and comprehensive amenities for successful enterprises. In 2002, the Together Group, owned by British billionaire Henry Moser, acquired the premises, continuing its operation as a multi-tenant office complex. The final ownership transfer occurred in autumn 2020 when The Atrium Group, a North-West consortium, took over the site. Recent renovations costing over half a million pounds have modernised the interior, elevating the grandeur while paying homage to its heritage. During Moser's tenure, the building was frequented and even occupied by members of Manchester United's Class of '92, notably Gary Neville. Coronation Street stars still frequent the premises.
