Constructed in 1990, this approximately 2-acre site, formerly known as Atrium House, served as the headquarters for the national greeting card and party business 'Birthdays,' established by local multi-millionaire and Manchester United shareholder, Ron Wood. In 2002, the Together Group, owned by British billionaire Henry Moser, acquired the premises, continuing its operation as a multi-tenant office complex. The final ownership transfer occurred in autumn 2020 when The Atrium Group, a North-West consortium, took over the site.
