The Office Space
Housed in a grand Georgian building dating back to 1790, Saville Court offers a professional yet welcoming base for Bristol businesses. The workspace adapts to your needs, with units ranging from private offices for one to larger team suites. Everything is set up for a smooth transition, including full furnishings and shared kitchen facilities.
Licence fees include utilities, cleaning, building maintenance, and 24-hour security, usually arranged on flexible three-month terms. Beyond physical workspace, you can access meeting rooms and a professional switchboard service. For remote teams, virtual office options and mail handling are also available to maintain a prestigious Clifton presence.
