The Office Space
Studio Q is a self-contained workspace on the second floor of Foundation House, suited to small teams or creative businesses of up to six people. This studio is kept comfortable with heating and air-conditioning, with shared kitchenettes and toilets on the same level. The space is not fully serviced, though monthly rent of £1,500 plus VAT includes the service charge. An accessible DDA toilet is also located on the first floor.
Moving here is simple as work areas are kitted out and ready from day one. Flexible service agreements, high-speed internet, and professional cleaning packages are available to help your team settle in. A dedicated on-site team is available for support.
About the Area
Foundation House sits at 64 Orchard Place in Trinity Buoy Wharf, E14. Positioned at the confluence of the River Thames and Bow Creek, the area is home to London's only lighthouse and several maritime heritage sites.
