The all-inclusive monthly rate of €349 per seat covers a plant-filled office with a Herman Miller chair and a sit-stand desk. Superfast internet and a Sonos sound system are provided throughout the building.
Tenants have access to meeting rooms with video-conferencing equipment, soundproof phone booths, and a small kitchen with complimentary coffee and snacks. For breaks, there is an on-site fitness suite and outside space to enjoy the fresh air.
