The Office Space
There are two leasing options available for interested parties. The first is an 1800 square foot floor, the second option is to lease the entire 3600 square foot building.
Long-term tenants who sign a lease for 15 years or more may have the opportunity to discuss design options with the building management. The ideal scenario would be to have one tenant on both floors of the building, but the design can be modified to accommodate two 1800-square-foot units and two tenants if necessary.
The building is equipped with a high-speed IT setup, phone lines, and access points, and the on-site staff is highly professional and able to provide IT support. Location Information
